Técnico de Servicio en Campo – Soporte ATM

About the role

The Field Service Technician provides second‑line preventive and corrective support for ATMs used by banks, cooperatives and other financial institutions. Working on both office‑based and external machines, the technician is assigned a specific geographic zone and manages service tickets through the company’s ticketing application.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to service requests within established timeframes and close tickets online as soon as the work is completed.
• Perform maintenance tasks following predefined procedures.
• Complete all required documentation (service orders) when closing each ticket.
• Stay up‑to‑date with company‑provided training, both virtual and on‑site.
• Travel within the assigned zone using a personal vehicle, adhering to rotating weekend shift schedules.

Required profile

• Student of Systems Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
• Demonstrable knowledge or experience in the area, preferably at least one year.
• Flexible availability, including rotating weekend shifts.
• Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Residence in or near the assigned zone.
• Responsible, sense of urgency, customer‑service orientation, proactive attitude and professional appearance.
