Remote Full‑Time Recruiter (Healthcare/ABA)

About the role

This is a full‑time remote Recruiter position focused on sourcing and hiring qualified clinical and support professionals for an in‑home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service provider. You will act as the primary point of contact for candidates, representing the organization’s mission and values throughout the hiring journey.

Key responsibilities

• Post job openings on various online platforms and proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and manage the pipeline for multiple requisitions.
• Support offer negotiations, onboarding activities, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach, interviewing, and internal collaboration.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely using video‑conferencing and digital collaboration tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or equivalent recruiting experience.
• Commitment to supporting children and families diagnosed with Autism and alignment with ABA service values.
