Remote Recruiter – High‑Volume Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Ward Law Group is seeking a Remote Recruiter to support high‑volume talent acquisition during evening and weekend hours. This independent‑contractor position focuses on accelerating candidate processing for late‑week and after‑hours applicants, ensuring a smooth hiring pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Process large volumes of applications, especially those submitted Wednesday‑Sunday evenings.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification checks against role criteria.
• Advance qualified candidates and promptly disposition unqualified ones.
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking in SmartRecruiters.
• Prepare candidate summaries and supporting documentation for the next‑day recruiter.
• Communicate with candidates via email, phone, and SMS, providing timely updates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple hiring teams.

Required profile

• Prior experience supporting U.S. recruiting operations.
• Background in high‑volume recruiting or talent‑acquisition coordination.
• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

What we offer

• Compensation of $1,200 USD per month.
• Fully remote work schedule: Wednesday–Sunday, 5 PM – 2 AM ET.
• Independent‑contractor arrangement (no paid time off or healthcare benefits).
