Recruitment Manager

About the role

The Recruitment Manager will lead the full hiring cycle, creating and overseeing recruitment strategies that attract targeted talent and meet the company’s staffing needs. This role also contributes to organizational growth by making sound hiring decisions and implementing new processes and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies to improve candidate experience and reduce application processing time.
• Quarterly review hiring procedures, recommend modifications, and analyze reports to identify improvement areas.
• Identify bottlenecks in recruiting output and implement changes aligned with global company objectives.
• Supervise, train, and develop direct reports such as Recruitment Coordinators and Senior Recruitment Specialists.
• Collaborate with the Senior Recruitment Manager to align recruitment budget with incentives, salaries, bonuses, and overtime.
• Monitor key metrics (conversion rate, start rate, offer conversion, budget adherence, 30‑day attrition) and address issues affecting the process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience in BPO or KPO environments.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven experience in a managerial or similar leadership role.
