Senior Employee Relations Specialist (EMEA)

About the role

Remote is looking for a Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join its Lifecycle team covering the EMEA region. You will act as an extension of our clients’ HR functions, handling employee exits and providing first‑level employee‑relations support while ensuring legal compliance and a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end offboarding processes for external employees across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Advise clients on termination, resignation, transfer, contract and redundancy matters, guaranteeing compliance with local laws.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and departing employees to ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee relations, offboarding, or global HR compliance.
• Strong understanding of employment legislation across EMEA countries.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
