Remote Workforce Assistant (RTA) – Real‑Time Operations Support

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Workforce Assistant (RTA) to join our workforce management team. In this role you will monitor real‑time staffing, attendance and schedule adherence, helping to keep operations running smoothly across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time staffing levels, employee attendance, breaks, lunches, absences and schedule exceptions.
• Identify coverage gaps, staffing shortages and operational issues, and communicate them to supervisors.
• Assist with intraday schedule adjustments and update workforce management systems and spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate workforce and attendance records and generate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Support forecasting and scheduling activities by providing timely operational data.
• Escalate issues when necessary and follow established procedures.

Required profile

• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable monitoring multiple information sources and responding quickly to changes.
