Product Management Manager – Security Solutions (North LAC)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Product Management Manager to lead its Security Solutions (SSO) portfolio across North Latin America and the Caribbean. The role will act as the subject‑matter expert for SSO products, driving market adoption and ensuring the delivery of secure, simple, and smart payment experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for SSO products, increasing penetration and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across a portfolio that includes card security, fraud monitoring, authentication, cybersecurity, identity, chargebacks and AI‑enabled services.
• Collaborate with regional product, account management and market development teams to implement product and GTM initiatives.
• Provide guidance to account teams in building and executing SSO account plans.
• Lead performance tracking, analytics, reporting, dashboards and executive‑level presentations.
• Analyze data to identify, prioritize and capture growth opportunities.
• Articulate the SSO value proposition for issuers, merchants and digital partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within fraud prevention, digital security or payment solutions.
• Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and security standards.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and build stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
