About the role
The Production Manager is responsible for supervising and directing all staff in the cafeteria, kitchen, bakery and pastry sections. The main goal is to ensure that customers receive high‑quality products and service with a wide variety and sufficient quantity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the cafeteria, kitchen, bakery and pastry teams.
- Monitor product quality, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
- Manage inventory levels to guarantee continuous supply of ingredients.
- Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak periods.
- Implement hygiene and safety procedures in all food‑preparation areas.
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising food‑service teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain product consistency.
- Capacity to work under pressure while delivering a diverse menu.
