Employee Relations Business Partner – EMEA

About the role

Remote is looking for an Employee Relations Business Partner to join its Lifecycle team and support clients across the EMEA region. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding organizations through employee exits and everyday HR questions while ensuring legal compliance and a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end offboarding processes for external employees in multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance on termination, resignation, transfer, contract, and redundancy procedures.
• Lead and facilitate meetings with clients and external employees to resolve workplace concerns.
• Deliver first‑level Employee Relations support and coordinate additional resources when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives within the Lifecycle team.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of global employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience handling employee exits and employee relations matters.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, curious, and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
