About the role

This position offers the chance to work closely with all levels of the organization, helping leaders turn human‑resources challenges into solutions that directly support business growth. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring people are integral to the company’s development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead labor‑relations processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection activities.
• Design, deliver and evaluate training and development programs.
• Promote employee wellbeing initiatives.
• Partner with managers to identify strengths, motivators and development opportunities.
• Translate HR issues into actionable business‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience as an HR Generalist, HRBP, Coordinator or Consultant.
• Strong analytical, listening, organizational and influencing abilities.
• Flexibility and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
