Bar Manager – Luxury Resort Tennis Center

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, service‑oriented Bar Manager to join the Oscar de la Renta Tennis Center team. You will be the welcoming face for villa owners and guests, providing drinks, coffee and light snacks before and after tennis, padel and pickleball sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Greet villa owners and guests in a professional, courteous manner.
• Prepare and serve beverages, coffee and light snacks.
• Take orders, process payments and manage the cash register.
• Open and close the bar, ensuring readiness for service.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and bar area throughout the day.
• Monitor stock levels, track inventory and flag restocking needs.
• Follow hygiene and food‑handling standards.
• Collaborate with the tennis team to support clinics, tournaments and private events.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in the Dominican Republic.
• Previous experience in a café, bar, restaurant, hotel or similar guest‑facing role.
• Friendly, positive attitude and comfort interacting with international guests.
• Conversational English.
• Organized, reliable and able to work independently.
• Reliable transportation.
