Talent Quality Auditor (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Quality Auditor to ensure high‑quality standards across its Talent Acquisition processes. Working remotely, you will audit candidate calls, screening interviews, emails and workflow documentation, helping the team maintain consistent hiring excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end quality audits of Talent Acquisition interactions, measuring adherence to scorecards, KPIs and defined standards.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings with precision.
• Recommend adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control.
• Proven ability to evaluate operational performance against defined standards, scorecards or KPIs.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data review and written documentation.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and communicate clearly in advanced English.
