Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruiting team. In this role you will be responsible for building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring a smooth hiring experience from first contact to day one.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial outreach, screen candidates for fit and interest, and perform phone and behavioral interviews.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with recruiters to refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate quality.
• Track sourcing metrics, report on pipeline health, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Guide candidates through each stage of the hiring process, delivering a professional and engaging experience.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO, call‑center, or high‑volume hiring environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a natural talent for connecting with people.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and achieve hiring targets without compromising quality.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
