Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Advensus is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for its contact‑center operations in the Dominican Republic. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire phone agents, administrative staff, and corporate talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for phone agents, support staff, and corporate positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, and local recruitment channels.
• Conduct phone screens, structured interviews, and candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and provide pipeline updates.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment metrics.
• Oversee offer issuance, pre‑employment screenings, and onboarding logistics.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a call‑center or high‑volume BPO environment.
• Proven success recruiting both high‑volume entry‑level agents and professional/administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of local labor markets and direct sourcing methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
