Senior Managing Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is looking for a Senior Managing Consultant to lead strategy and transformation engagements for global clients. The role combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s data assets and technology platforms to deliver strategic insights and drive commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements across multiple industries, developing strategies and programs that leverage data and technology to unlock value.
• Own senior client relationships from mid‑level to C‑suite, acting as a trusted business advisor and driving commercial outcomes.
• Guide project teams through problem‑solving, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Partner with internal Mastercard stakeholders such as Product and Business Development to scope projects and create relevant solutions.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing on‑the‑job training and leadership across direct and external resources.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
• Proven ability to lead large, strategic consulting engagements and manage senior client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
• Experience identifying new business development opportunities and leading proposal development.
• Eligibility to work in the country of assignment and willingness to travel to client sites regularly.
