Recruitment Assistant – Healthcare Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are looking for an organized, self‑motivated Recruitment Assistant to join our healthcare talent acquisition team. In this position you will support the sourcing and hiring of rehabilitation professionals across multiple facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Launch multi‑channel sourcing campaigns (text/email blasts, resume mining, cold calls) targeting Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech‑Language Pathologists, PTAs and COTAs.
• Screen incoming applications on Indeed and other job boards, conduct initial candidate outreach, and route qualified resumes to recruiters.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, update application statuses, and track pipeline metrics within the ATS.
• Coordinate interview schedules, follow‑up with candidates, and facilitate communication with hiring teams using Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Compile talent data and build tracking sheets in Microsoft Excel to monitor sourcing performance and applicant flow.

Required profile

• Previous experience supporting healthcare talent acquisition, preferably with therapy or allied‑health positions.
• Familiarity with Indeed and standard job boards.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Apploi, Hireology, SmartLinx or similar is a strong plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high‑volume administrative tasks.
• Flexibility to multitask and adapt to changing hiring priorities.
