People Leader – Caribbean & Central America

About the role

The People Leader for the Caribbean and Central America region acts as a strategic human‑capital advisor, linking business priorities with people strategy, organizational effectiveness and financial considerations. Based in Santo Domingo, this hybrid role supports senior leaders in the Dominican Republic, Panama, Costa Rica and Puerto Rico.

Key responsibilities

• Align talent initiatives with business goals to drive superior performance.
• Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Lead large‑scale projects, providing coaching and advice to senior managers.
• Analyze people data, financial metrics and employee insights to identify risks and develop sustainable solutions.
• Translate complex information into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
• Maintain empathy and emotional intelligence when handling sensitive employee and leadership matters.

Required profile

• Senior‑level HR professional with strong logical thinking and commercial mindset.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication and highly organized approach.
• Experience influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change.
