About the role

We are looking for a committed, proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves providing friendly and efficient assistance, handling inquiries, managing requests, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Attend client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
• Resolve doubts, complaints and requests promptly.
• Record and follow up on cases in the system.
• Provide clear information about products and services.
• Maintain high standards of service quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Completed high school (preferably with technical or university studies).
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with computer tools, especially Microsoft Office and management systems.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Positive attitude, empathy and strong customer orientation.
