About the role

The Customer Service Advisor will coordinate and execute activities aimed at ensuring the satisfaction of both internal and external customers of modern mills. The role involves handling inbound calls, processing orders, managing complaints, and supporting the e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and maintain communication channels such as the 800‑flour line, including call routing, order taking, carrier location, and complaint handling.
• Manage the e‑commerce customer service email and live chat, entering and tracking all relevant data in the CRM system.
• Generate and monitor customer satisfaction surveys and compile monthly commercial performance indicators.
• Administer quality‑management documentation related to customer service and participate in audits.
• Support procurement processes for supplies and materials, including quoting, purchasing, coordinating deliveries, and inventory control.
• Assist the CEDECAP in coordinating client development plans and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and energy management procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; advanced student acceptable.
• 2–5 years of experience in a call‑center environment and in marketing or telephone customer‑service projects.
• Availability for occasional market visits and support of commercial teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, databases and pivot tables for indicator development.
• Experience with CRM platforms for order and complaint management.
• Knowledge of SAP (desired).
