Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative at McMurray Fabrics Inc. is a full-time, on-site role based in Santo Domingo Este. This role is responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about products, orders, and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns and exchanges.
• Document all interactions in the customer service system.
• Resolve issues promptly and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Proven ability to deliver strong customer service and support.
• Experience in a Customer Service Representative or similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Santo Domingo Este and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communications is a plus.
• Proficiency in Spanish; knowledge of English or other languages is beneficial.
