About the role

The Senior Recruitment Manager will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment and selection process for all operational business units, distribution centers and production sites, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with company policies and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational recruitment and selection process to integrate qualified talent and sustain business operations.
• Expand and manage recruitment sources to maintain a ready pool of eligible candidates.
• Establish relationships with academic and governmental institutions to promote vacancies and attract candidates.
• Implement new recruitment strategies and best‑practice methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Supervise team performance to meet defined timelines and metrics.
• Monitor compliance with management indicators and reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Clinical Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in recruitment and selection.
• Knowledge of competency‑based interviews, management indicators and modern recruitment technologies.
