About the role
The Lead Developer will design and implement technology solutions that meet user requirements while adhering to Grupo Popular's system development policies and procedures. The role ensures both hardware and software operate efficiently across the organization and its subsidiaries.
Key responsibilities
- Develop robust software applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Maintain and improve existing systems to enhance performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with development standards, documentation, monitoring, and traceability practices.
- Lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers within the team.
Required profile
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
