About the role
We are looking for a Technical Interviewer – Data Engineer to join our internal team operating in the EST time zone. The role focuses on conducting second‑round technical interviews, assessing candidates’ depth and fit for open positions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct second‑round interviews that evaluate the technical depth and suitability of data engineering candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to quickly understand business needs and role requirements.
- Act as a vital member of the recruitment team, contributing to candidate selection.
- Participate in the recruitment management team to support hiring decision‑making.
Required profile
- Senior Data Engineer with a deep understanding of data architecture, AI/ML integration, and backend systems.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering scalable, data‑driven applications at scale.
- Proven experience hiring engineers for technical teams.
- Background in high‑growth, dynamic companies.
- Advanced English proficiency.
