Technical Leader – Python, Golang & Bazel (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Leader to own and evolve our Bazel build system while delivering high‑performance software using Python and Golang. The position is fully remote and spans the entire development lifecycle from coding to monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, optimize and scale the Bazel build system for efficient builds and deliveries.
• Design, develop and maintain applications and services in Python and Golang.
• Oversee the full software lifecycle, including testing, deployment, monitoring and performance measurement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate automation‑driven solutions.
• Troubleshoot, improve and ensure reliability of build pipelines.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work independently.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Golang programming.
• Experience with Bazel build system.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and build automation.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and containerized solutions.
• Familiarity with performance monitoring, logging and debugging.
