IT Operations Lead

About the role

SD Concerts is seeking an IT Operations Lead to be the primary technology resource for roughly 40 employees. The role blends daily IT support, infrastructure management, cybersecurity readiness, and live‑event connectivity in a fast‑paced entertainment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site and remote support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and related equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software and business applications.
• Manage employee onboarding equipment and coordinate system access with the U.S. IT team.
• Maintain technology inventory and accurate asset records.
• Support office internet, Wi‑Fi, LAN, WAN, VPN, phone services, servers and basic network equipment.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions with U.S. IT, local vendors or service providers.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, infrastructure upgrades and platform integrations.
• Support business tools such as Microsoft 365, Outlook, Workday, WhatsApp, Rome, BPC and OneStream.
• Provide technology support during concerts, festivals and other live events, ensuring connectivity for artists, production teams and partners.
• Troubleshoot time‑sensitive issues in high‑pressure event environments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on technology professional who takes ownership and follows through.
• Clear communicator in Spanish and intermediate English.
• Calm under pressure and able to decide when to resolve issues directly or escalate.
• Understanding that reliable technology is integral to live entertainment.
