HR Onboarding Coordinator (Remote – Dominican Republic)

About the role

The HR Onboarding Coordinator ensures a smooth onboarding experience for new hires at a leading mortgage lender. Working remotely from the Dominican Republic, you will coordinate documentation, communication, and follow‑up to guarantee that candidates and hiring teams stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding activities through the internal iCIMS portal.
• Distribute application links and onboarding documents to applicants.
• Follow up with hiring managers, HR personnel, and applicants on outstanding requirements.
• Prepare and send professional email communications using approved templates.
• Monitor onboarding progress and ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Maintain accurate onboarding records and escalate issues when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in web‑based systems and email templates.
• Experience in administrative support, onboarding, or HR is preferred but not required.
