About the role

We are a premier nursing home facility seeking a Director of Recruiting to lead the acquisition of top‑quality talent across all departments. You will act as the welcoming voice of the organization while building strong pipelines of compassionate healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle hiring: source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for clinical, dietary, housekeeping, and administrative roles.
• Maintain high‑volume applicant tracking, credential verification, reference checks, and compliance documentation with zero errors.
• Collaborate daily with department heads to understand immediate staffing needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly.
• Manage urgent, high‑turnover situations while upholding rigorous quality standards.

Required profile

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality able to build rapport with diverse candidates.
• Resilient under fast‑paced pressure and confident in decisive hiring decisions.
• Meticulous attention to detail for compliance and onboarding paperwork.

Required skills

• Proven experience using Indeed for talent sourcing.
• Strong familiarity with healthcare‑specific job boards.
• Hands‑on expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
