Call Center Representative – Customer Service & Vehicle Purchasing

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team in Santo Domingo. You will be the first point of contact for customers interested in purchasing vehicles or selling their used cars, providing accurate information and fostering lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate product, service and promotion details, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collect and maintain precise customer data while encouraging store engagement.
• Educate callers about company policies, events and special offers.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Handle calls from customers looking to sell used vehicles, following scripted procedures.
• Use pricing calculator tools to generate accurate purchase quotes.
• Gather vehicle details and coordinate pickup and delivery with store locations.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, call‑center standards and SOPs.
• Participate in performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable multitasking and managing shifting schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, mobile devices and general computer applications.
• Basic knowledge of auto parts and interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
