Purchasing Agent (Rotating Schedule)

About the role

The Purchasing Agent works in a call‑center environment supporting vehicle purchasing operations. The role combines customer service, sales, and coordination of used‑vehicle transactions while adhering to a rotating schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and promptly, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Collect vehicle information, use pricing calculator tools to generate purchase quotes, and coordinate pickup and delivery with store locations.
• Maintain accurate customer data, promote store engagement, and achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and call‑center standards while participating in performance reviews and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of customer service or sales experience with fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and strong commitment to friendly, professional service.
• Ability to work independently, pay attention to detail, and manage competing priorities.
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule (7 AM‑10 PM CT).
