Customer Care Associate – Multilingual (Italian/Spanish/German)

About the role

The Customer Care Associate serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth experience from onboarding through post‑sales support. This multilingual position balances customer needs with internal processes to maintain high satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between customers and departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
• Manage tickets and cases in Salesforce, ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain ERP data, including price lists, customer accounts, and part codes.
• Onboard customers onto the e‑commerce platform and process orders in the ERP system.
• Handle quotations, complaints, returns (RMA) and other post‑sales activities.
• Support sustainability initiatives and participate in training new employees.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in customer relationship or operations roles with progressive responsibility.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems.
• Advanced English and advanced proficiency in German, Spanish or Italian; additional EU language a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all organizational levels.
