About the role

The Quality Auditor will be responsible for conducting quality control audits of hotel services, preparing audit reports, defining action plans and ensuring their follow‑up. The role supports decision‑making and aims to achieve high guest satisfaction across Bahia Principe hotels.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the annual audit plan for Eisihotel in line with yearly objectives.
• Maintain quality standards by performing regular audits.
• Prepare closure reports for each audited hotel.
• Monitor customer satisfaction results and Review Pro scores, producing evolution reports when required.
• Review preventive and corrective action plans and verify their implementation.
• Lead audit closure meetings, highlighting recurring issues and non‑conformities with hotel management.
• Run support campaigns based on guest feedback and Review Pro score drops.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Quality Support Manager.
• Analyze deviations, discuss them with the Quality Support Manager and propose timely improvements.
• Coordinate with external entities to manage requirements effectively.
• Notify relevant incidents to the Quality Coordination team and hotel leadership.
• Provide operational support, develop action plans and advise on standards and procedures.
• Train newly appointed managers on process compliance, standards and related tools.
• Ensure strict adherence to standards and report any deviations.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in the hotel industry, including at least 1 year in quality control.
• University degree.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with office software (Microsoft Word, PDF handling, PowerPoint).
• Experience with hotel management databases.
