About the role

Alegra is looking for a remote Customer Support Analyst based in the Dominican Republic. You will assist entrepreneurs, accountants and SMEs in using Alegra’s cloud accounting platform, turning technical questions into simple, compliant solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote assistance on electronic invoicing, accounting processes, taxes and financial reports within the Alegra platform.
• Analyze each case in its accounting context, not just the software usage.
• Explain accounting concepts clearly so users can apply them daily.
• Guide users in configuring the correct accounting settings.
• Follow cases through to resolution, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with other teams for complex accounting or functional escalations.
• Identify recurring user questions to help improve the product experience.

Required profile

• Studies in accounting or a related field (advanced student or graduate).
• Solid, demonstrable accounting knowledge.
• Ability to explain accounting concepts in simple language.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail and empathy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Experience with electronic invoicing platforms.
• Familiarity with AI assistance tools (Copilot, LLM‑based translation).
