Fund Operations Manager – Accounting & NAV Expertise

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fund Operations Manager to own and streamline the operational processes of a fast‑growing investment fund platform. This remote, full‑time position reports to the Head of Operations and provides direct support to investors and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly NAV cycle, coordinate with fund administrators, and ensure accurate final sign‑off.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly NAVs, positions, cash, and performance records.
• Process investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and manage KYC/AML onboarding.
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, fee calculations, and wire approvals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and maintain an audit‑ready fund accounting record.
• Collaborate with external providers on fund launches and ongoing operational activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in fund operations, fund accounting, or related finance roles.
• Near‑native English proficiency (C2) and ability to work 9 AM–5 PM EST.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Self‑starter who can manage end‑to‑end processes independently.
