About the role
Marsh is looking for a talented International Account Operations Analyst to join its team in the Dominican Republic. The position is hybrid, requiring attendance in the office at least three days per week.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare billing and manage policy renewals for multinational accounts.
- Support the issuance of credit notes and perform operational tasks such as account movements and inclusions.
- Maintain follow‑up with insurers to ensure smooth processing.
Required profile
- Student or graduate with 1‑2 years of experience in insurance operations.
- Familiarity with billing systems and intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Basic English communication skills.
