Trainer (Call Center)

About the role

CCD by Gebbs is seeking a passionate Trainer to shape the success of its talent pool. You will design and deliver training programs that empower new hires and existing staff, ensuring they are ready to perform at the highest level.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions for new hires, product launches, and refresher programs.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and production readiness for all trainees.
• Coach and mentor trainees to successfully pass nesting and certification stages.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement targeted improvement strategies.
• Manage training documentation, attendance, and reporting with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations, QA, Recruitment, and People & Culture to ensure alignment and success.

Required profile

• Experience in call‑center and/or training roles.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop talent.
• Knowledge of training methodologies and adult‑learning techniques.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and performance‑driven.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
