Technical Project Manager – Global Manufacturing Technology

About the role

We are looking for a collaborative Technical Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across our global manufacturing network. You will work with teams in Europe, the United States, and Asia to turn ambitious business priorities into measurable results, ensuring our sites are equipped with secure, reliable, and future‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple high‑impact projects from planning through delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Foster strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support enterprise programs in manufacturing technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital transformation.
• Enable effective project governance, transparent reporting, and collaborative decision‑making.
• Coordinate activities across international teams and time zones.
• Assist with the deployment and transformation of technology solutions at manufacturing sites.
• Empower project teams and technical experts to overcome obstacles and achieve sustainable outcomes.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and communications for leadership.
• Support change management, adoption, and operational readiness for strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of managing projects or cross‑functional initiatives.
• Global mindset with experience working across multiple regions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
