Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a collaborative Technical Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across our global manufacturing network. You will work with teams in Europe, the United States and Asia to turn ambitious business priorities into secure, reliable, and future‑ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and workstreams from planning through delivery.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies and proactively mitigate risks.
• Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Support enterprise programs in manufacturing technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure and digital transformation.
• Enable effective project governance, transparent reporting and collaborative decision‑making.
• Coordinate activities across international teams and time zones.
• Assist with site deployment and transformation of technology solutions.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards and governance materials.
• Support change management, adoption and operational readiness for strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of managing projects or cross‑functional initiatives.
