Talent Sourcer (Remote, Santo Domingo)

About the role

Blacksmith Agency is hiring a Talent Sourcer on a full-time remote basis, open to candidates in Latin America or South Africa. The role is more than a resume screener: it is a brand ambassador and talent scout who owns the hiring process from the first intake call with leadership to the final offer, working directly with the leadership team to find top talent in Sales, Design, Development and Strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Evaluate candidates for skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.
• Deliver a seamless, respectful experience to every candidate.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• A high-accountability mindset that does not need micromanagement.
• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
