Blacksmith Agency is hiring a recruiter to help build an elite, fast-moving team. As Talent Acquisition Partner, you are a brand ambassador and talent scout who owns the hiring process from start to finish, working directly with leadership to find top talent across Sales, Design, Development and Strategy. The role suits someone with a recruiter's instinct who enjoys sourcing passive candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full cycle, from the initial intake call with leadership to the final offer.
• Source and engage talent across Latin America, South Africa and beyond.
• Deliver a seamless, respectful candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates on skills, culture and performance fit.
• Maintain a warm bench of freelance and full-time talent.
• Keep a clean, data-driven pipeline in the ATS and keep hiring managers informed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital or creative agency.
• A high-accountability mindset that does not need micromanagement.
• A global perspective, comfortable across time zones and cultures.

Required skills

• Strong ATS skills and a preference for streamlined, automated workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
