Human Resources Analyst (Temporary)

About the role

ARJO, a healthcare company that helps people with mobility challenges, is looking for a Human Resources Analyst for a temporary position of 3 months, based in Bajos de Haina, San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, training coordination and general HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and scheduling of depuration, medical and psychometric processes.
• Recruit professional and classified blue-collar employees and collect the required documents (ID, certifications, bank account, non-criminal record, digital photo).
• Register new hires in the punch clock, HR information system and TSS, and update employee lines, managers and cost centers; maintain employee files.
• Coordinate induction, training logistics, and delivery of participation certificates; register new hires on My Learning and INFOTEP platforms.
• Prepare weekly headcount reports in Power BI, type income and bank letters, and follow up on service payments.
• Create suppliers for recruitment and training vendors, support HR events and programs, and contribute to process improvements and HR tool implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR role.
• English proficiency.
• Personal qualities: learning capacity, analysis and organization, empathy, customer orientation, good listening, time management, negotiation skills, confidence.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Knowledge of HR software is desirable.
