Hiring Journey Associate (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology staffing company with more than 15 years of experience and a team of 4,000+ remote workers, is hiring a Hiring Journey Associate. You will act as the contact point between BairesDev and candidates in your pipeline, helping them move through the recruiting process for internal and external client openings while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with candidates, follow up on their progress and build relationships during the selection process.
• Maintain applicant records, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations.
• Help assess applicants' knowledge, skills, experience and fit.
• Support candidates before client interviews, coordinate interviews and assessments, and take part in client interviews.
• Schedule interviews, coding challenges, tests and assessments while keeping candidates engaged.
• Gather and share candidate information so the Staffing team can make informed decisions.

Required profile

• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Advanced level of English.
