About the role

Four Seasons is seeking an inspiring, forward‑thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to shape the people strategy for the pre‑opening of its new resort in Tropicalia, Dominican Republic. You will build the workforce from the ground up, ensuring the legendary Four Seasons experience is delivered from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative approaches to support the Talent Acquisition Roadmap and attract qualified, diverse candidates.
• Identify and leverage internal and external tools for referral generation, internet sourcing, multimedia advertising, social media, job fairs, university fairs, networking, community partnerships, and third‑party assistance.
• Oversee full‑life‑cycle recruiting for all open positions and future talent needs.
• Build strong community partnerships and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading talent acquisition initiatives, preferably in hospitality or resort environments.
• Ability to design and execute innovative recruitment strategies.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Passion for creating a world‑class employee experience.
