Recruitment Specialist

About the role

A Recruiter is responsible for finding potential employees for the company. Recruiters source and reach out to talent, ensure they are a good fit for the company and client needs, and provide candidates with support throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Hire at least 30 candidates per month and engage 6‑7 candidates weekly.
• Evaluate candidate profiles to determine fit with client requirements.
• Schedule interviews with program managers.
• Call and follow up candidates to complete the recruitment process.
• Collect documents and forward them to the back‑office representative.
• Confirm candidates have started training and reconfirm offer details and company benefits.
• Follow up on upcoming hiring needs.
• Support activities related to candidate attraction.

Required profile

• College student studying Organizational Psychology or Business Administration.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills.
