Talent Acquisition Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst to serve as the first point of contact with candidates worldwide. In this remote position you will conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate fit, and guide applicants through the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Review online candidate information to assess overall suitability.
• Reach out to candidates via phone, Zoom, LinkedIn or email to confirm interest and motivate participation.
• Schedule internal interviews, send calendar invites and maintain up‑to‑date records in the recruitment system.
• Conduct first‑round interviews to validate profiles, experience, interests, commitment, logic and common sense.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build rapport quickly with candidates.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
