Senior Project Manager (AI Governance) – Advertising

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the establishment and operationalization of an AI Content Creation Governance Center of Excellence for a major U.S. enterprise. The role blends PMO governance work with strategic support, driving clarity and execution across marketing‑focused AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, and cross‑functional calendars for the COE and governance leadership.
• Organize and support the bi‑weekly Compliance + Responsible AI forum, preparing agendas, briefing materials, and documentation.
• Capture and maintain decisions, rationales, action items, owners, and next steps from governance forums.
• Track follow‑up actions, identify dependencies, and ensure timely completion.
• Draft and distribute high‑quality meeting summaries, progress updates, and follow‑up communications.
• Maintain the COE knowledge base, ensuring policies, recordings, AI‑generated summaries, frameworks, and reference materials are organized and searchable.
• Conduct targeted research and prepare leadership‑ready materials to support governance leaders and the incoming Governance Product Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in PMO operations, governance, or project management within a marketing or creative environment.
• Familiarity with marketing operations, content creation lifecycles, creative teams, or agency settings.
• Strong ability to manage cross‑functional forums, track decisions, and produce executive‑level documentation.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on operational clarity.
