Social Media Specialist – TikTok

About the role

Lisinski Law Firm is looking for a Social Media Specialist focused on TikTok to drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility. You will work closely with content editors and copywriters, acting as the firm’s TikTok subject‑matter expert and translating strategic goals into compelling short‑form video content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous evolution of the firm’s TikTok strategy to increase followers, engagement, referrals, and overall brand awareness.
• Create and manage a dynamic TikTok content calendar, balancing planned posts with timely trends, audio clips, hashtags, and platform updates.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end publishing process, ensuring quality, brand alignment, and adherence to best practices for scheduling, cadence, and timing.
• Collaborate with content editors and copywriters to produce, edit, and fine‑tune TikTok videos, including trims, captions, text overlays, and timing adjustments.
• Monitor TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features, proactively recommending adjustments to improve reach and performance.
• Analyze performance metrics with the Analytics team, reporting on growth, engagement, referrals, and content effectiveness to continuously optimize strategy.
• Track community sentiment in comments, work with the Social Communications team to surface opportunities and address concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience managing a brand’s TikTok presence with a proven record of growing followers and engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop content calendars and translate strategy into actionable, goal‑oriented plans.
• Experience scheduling and publishing content on TikTok, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.

Required skills
