Omnichannel Performance Specialist

About the role

The Omnichannel Performance Specialist is responsible for managing, optimizing, and reporting on advertising campaigns across Chai Vision brands on major omnichannel marketplaces such as Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Macy’s, and Nordstrom. This role ensures that campaign execution drives visibility, sales growth, and profitability while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, and continuously optimize omnichannel advertising campaigns, including keyword research, bid adjustments, and negative targeting.
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Monitor daily performance, manage budget pacing, and ensure adherence to monthly ad budgets.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, refining strategies to meet ROAS, ACoS, and TACoS targets.
• Partner with creative teams to ensure brand‑consistent, compliant ads and coordinate with product, promotion, and inventory planning.
• Generate weekly performance updates, MTD pacing reports, and actionable insights using tools such as Helium 10 and Power BI.

Required profile

• Highly analytical with a strong affinity for fast‑paced eCommerce environments.
• Experienced in campaign management, optimization, and tactical improvements.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable working with data, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Proactive in staying up‑to‑date with advertising platform updates and industry trends.
• Balances efficiency with creativity to maximize ad performance.
