Digital Marketing Coordinator - B2B

About the role

TalentAux is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Coordinator to lead our B2B demand‑generation efforts. You will be responsible for creating and optimizing paid and organic campaigns that attract U.S. decision‑makers to our nearshore staffing services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and continuously optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms.
• Develop and manage organic social media content and maintain monthly editorial calendars.
• Design, test, and refine lead‑generation funnels, landing pages, and email nurture sequences.
• Track performance metrics, analyze results, and manage ad budgets to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with freelancers, designers, and web developers to produce creative assets and landing page assets.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B digital marketing, demand‑generation, or performance‑marketing experience.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
• Proven track record of generating qualified leads and building effective marketing funnels.
• Strong copywriting, English communication, and project‑management abilities.
