Revenue Accounting Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Accounting Analyst will support Transcarent’s Revenue and Clinical Operations teams by managing performance guarantee (PG) data, ensuring accurate reporting and driving data‑driven decisions. Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Accounting, the role serves as the organization’s source of truth for PG results and collaborates across finance, customer success and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Review customer contracts to extract PG data and maintain up‑to‑date PG trackers.
• Analyze PG results, identify trends and recommend improvements to maximize PG attainment.
• Partner with finance, customer success, clinical operations and other stakeholders to align PG reporting at the executive level.
• Support the Revenue/Finance team in accurate revenue recording based on PG expectations.
• Diagnose process‑improvement opportunities and develop automated solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analysis or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Self‑starter attitude with a collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset.
