About the role

We are looking for a creative and highly organized professional to manage our clients’ social media presence while providing executive assistance. Working remotely, you will develop content, run paid campaigns, and support day‑to‑day administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage accounts on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create and edit social media posts and video content using ChatGPT and Canva.
• Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns.
• Conduct LinkedIn outreach and professional networking.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely publication.
• Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Provide executive assistant support, including scheduling and general administration.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of social media, creative, and video work.

Required profile

• Proficient written and spoken English.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for clients.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual and video content.
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and professional client interaction.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
